Pool Service $200/month

Our Advanced Service Technician has 20 years experience with Pool Maintenance and Repair, and all technicians are certified by the National Swimming Pool Foundation.

We offer a number of service plans to fit all needs and price ranges. Full Service includes one visit per week, which will always be on the same day, same time.

Although our main focus is ensuring your water is clean, perfectly balanced and safe to swim in, we also go the extra mile to make sure it is cleared of dirt, debris and we do thorough inspections on all of your equipment to make sure we catch potential problems before they become real problems.

While service may vary slightly based on your pools specific needs, a general example of what is included in a Full-Service stop is as follows:

Mechanical inspection
full water chemistry analysis
clear the pool of all debris via vacuum (or scoop) every single visit
We brush the plaster steps, ledges, walls and floors, and wire brush the water line around the tile circumference.
We empty ALL baskets
empty and rinse the sweep bag
check the sweep for mechanical proficiency
and replace Sweep parts as needed
routine mechanical room maintenance
pump room clean-up & organization
Also included in the Full-Service plan is cover cleaning (for automatic covers) typically once per week or as needed
diving board bleaching
Regular filter cleaning for all sand & DE filters

monthly Service is provided for a flat rate of $200 which includes all chlorine tabs, (3 inch) muriatic Acid, sodium hypochlorite (aka liquid chlorine or bleach) needed for *standard pool maintenance as well as Diatomaceous Earth for all DE filters.

Please note that treatment of algae or above average chlorine consumption may resulting in additional charges on required chemicals

Special Service Plans

In addition to our Full Service Plan(s), we have a number of variable service plans which we created to address the variable needs of the community which are listed below, each with a brief description. Please keep in mind that we can work with you to build a custom plan to fit your needs and price range, so you are in no way limited by the options listed here.

Bi-MOnthly Full Service

Bi-Monthly (or Bi-weekly) Service plans are service at an interval of once every other week instead of once per week. Not all accounts are eligible for this plan, as some systems require weekly attention to maintain, however for the right candidate this can be a great option. Rates are a 20% reduction from the regular Full Service rate.

Chemical Treatment only Service

Chemical only Plans are exactly what they sound like. We will keep your pool perfectly balanced, keeping the water clear and clean. We do not vacuum, scoop, brush or do mechanical maintenance. We do empty skimmer baskets as part of the service. Rates are a 20% reduction from the regular Full Service Rate.

Consultation Line Service

For the DIY-er we offer a professional technician consultation service with technicians available 7 days a week throughout regular business hours via phone, text or email to field your questions about pool; chemistry, mechanical, or general service questions. We can walk you through repairs, installations or any other type of pool related project you have. Also follow us on social media to for helpful hints and tricks of the trade.

Periodic Clean-Up Service

Maybe you happen to be a chemistry major and prefer to perform the service yourself, or perhaps you run an AirBnB and only need one major clean u p per month, if this sounds like you, (or if you dont want year round service for any other reason) then periodic clean-up service is perfect for you. We offer competitive hourly rates and you only pay for the time spent to get your pool in tip-top shape.
